Juvenile Shop is an authorized dealer of all products sold on our web site. All products are fully covered by their respected manufactures warranty.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of order receipt. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item, we will promptly notify you via email or phone and tell you about other possibilities.
Our standard shipping charges (via UPS Ground) are as follows:

* Additional charges for larger items or for items shipped outside of the continental U.S. We will notify you if any additional charges apply to your order.
UPS ground service can take an additional 5 business days to arrive to east coast locations.
We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air (for an additional $20), and same-day Messenger service in the local Los Angeles area (please call for pricing).
Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days with receipt and in original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. All other returns must be made within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: Special Order items, feeding accessories, breast pumps, and potty seats.
If a shipped item is refused by recipient there will be a $10.00 charge.
Return merchandise must be sent to us prepaid and insured. We cannot accept freight collect.
Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellations on special order items. Should you cancel your order you will lose your deposit.
